Out of the Shadows – The Reston Chorale

Join The Reston Chorale as we highlight 900 years of music composed by women — from the early works of Hildegard of Bingen (the first composer ever published) to works by Lili Boulanger and contemporary compositions of Lee Ann Dresser and Moira Smiley. The concert will also include a Community Sing with Special Guest Ysaye Barnwell, composer and former member of Sweet Honey in the Rock. A reception will follow the performance.

Discount tickets will be available online through 11:59 pm on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Full price tickets will be available online and at the door on Sunday, October 14. Free parking.
