Incredible Winter Concert last week!

Bravo to our Choral Ensembles and a cappella groups on fabulous performances at the Winter Concert on Thursday!

Professional concert recordings and photographs are available to you on our website: Winter Concert 2018 Celebrate-the-Season

A Special Thanks to all volunteers who helped make the Winter Concert a great success!

Some of you eagerly signed up to volunteer the moment you saw the Sign-up Genius link posted, while some of you kindly responded to the urgent call for help.  And some others offered to help on the spot.  Thank you, all, for your service.  There were also a few who did sign up but didn’t get to serve for various reasons.  Thank you for signing up anyway and inspiring others to do the same.

PCA Membership Drive Update

Broadway Night 2019 – Feb 1st & 2nd

We are looking forward to kicking off rehearsals for BWN this week!  Please note that the schedule posted on Google Classroom has changed and is updated.  The new schedule can be found here: December Rehearsal Schedule

Please review it carefully and make sure to attend and arrive early!  If for some reason you cannot attend, you must fill out an Absentee Form.  Up to two absentees are acceptable between now and tech week.  If you need a reminder of the numbers and cast members, please review the BWN Casting Reveal & Kickoff Presentation.

After this week’s rehearsals, the creative team will confirm the key for each number so that rehearsal tracks can be recorded.  Cast members will be notified when the tracks are released, so that everyone can practice over winter break.

Congratulations to the 9th graders as you WIN for being the first class to fully register! We hope to also reward other classes for fully registering on time!

If you have yet to complete registration and payment, this is DUE today, Monday, December 17th.

Let the show begin!  If you have any questions, please email: broadwaynight@southlakeschorus.org.

URGENT: All required forms are Due Immediately

We have sent email notifications to those students and their parents who are still missing forms. Please take action TODAY, if you have not done so.

It is required by FCPS that all of these forms come in immediately in order for the student to participate in the choral program.  However, we still do not have forms from every student.

That’s why we have been posting in the Notations every week and sending many emails out about missing forms.  But it’s already December.  So, please take this seriously if you have not turned in all forms to date.

All forms are available at: Chorus Forms Page and a link to each missing form is included in those emails. Additionally, we have made hard copy of the forms available in the Chorus office for those who cannot print at home.

If you have any questions, please email Mitsuyo Sprague at mosprague@fcps.edu (new email address.)
