Enrichment opportunity – GenOUT Chorus
The fourth season of the GenOUT Chorus, the DC area’s first-ever vocal ensemble for LGBTQ and Allied students, starts this Sunday, September 24. We look forward to an exciting season of inspiring music in beautiful venues (including the Lincoln Theatre, the Atlas Performing Arts Center, and the Washington National Cathedral). We hope to welcome students from your school as members to experience this community.
GenOUT rehearses at 641 S St., NW in Washington, DC. This is just around the corner from the 7th & S St. exit to the Shaw Metro station on the GREEN line. Rehearsal is 1:00-2:30 PM.
GenOUT is open to ALL students ages 13-18. There is a $150 registration fee to participate; no one is turned away for an inability to pay (we have full and partial scholarship assistance available).
